From the first five of the 70 artists booked to appear at this year’s  Danny Kyle Open Stage at Celtic Connections here are the first five for day one of  the New Year!

Running order – David Latto  / No More Cages/  Laurie Cameron /Rod Webster / Darcy DaSilva Band

Darcy DaSilva - A fine  young singer-songwriter from Moniaive in Dumfries & Galloway

Laurie Cameron - A well traveled young singer songwriter from Perth who is working on her debut album.

Rod Webster -  Singer songwriter with a crossover of various genres and musical textures from Aviemore, Speyside in the Highlands of Scotland.

The David Latto Band -  A dynamic duo of country/Americana songwriters from Cuper in Fife.
