Allan is no stranger to radio studios having previously been involved in local commercial radio at the then Paisley based Q96 FM when it launched in 1992 and left the station when it bought by IRG Plc in late 1995.
Since then he has been involved in various community based operations like FPR, Paisley. Previously he owned a television post-production company in Glasgow.
