He resigned on 31st January 2004 from the new owners of Castle Rock FM which had been bought by new owners and renamed Your Radio after completing the successful transition from Castle Rock FM 103 to YOURradio and following the award of the Helensburgh area local radio licence by the then Radio Authority and setting-up the transmission arrangements for the new licence area.
