Voicebeat is a world music community choir based in the westend of Glasgow.  They meet weekly to sing traditional songs in unaccompanied harmony, drawn from a wide variety of styles and traditions around the world, and sing in languages from Armenian to Zulu.

Founded in 2002 as part of an initiative to help refugees and asylum-seekers integrate, the group currently has about fifty active members of all levels of musical experience and none, hailing from countries as diverse as Australia, Cameroon, Mexico, Singapore and Zimbabwe.
