Mark Sheridan on his Tuesday Homeward Bound arts and magazine programme will be talking to Hugh MacDonald (pictured) board member of Scottish International Piano Competition (SIPC) and former Director of the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra.
The SIPC 2010 is just over a week away with the first recitals on Thursday 9 September. Celtic Music Radio will facilitate ‘live’ broadcasts of the event from the Concert Hall of the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama here in Glasgow. A seperate programme service has been arranged for during the SIPC which will be available on 106.6 FM around the Glasgow area and also via the internet.
On Tuesday 31 August Mark Sheridan will be looking ahead and previewing the competition with Hugh MacDonald.
