Donate to keep Celtic Music Radio on 1530AM.

As you may be aware, we have been having difficulties with our medium wave transmitter on 1530 AM/MW for a couple of weeks.

It first failed on Friday 13th August and after sourcing some spare partswe were back on air in a couple of days.

However, on Saturday morning 21 August it became apparent that the fault was much more serious than we originally thought.

We have now been ‘off air’ on 1530AM since then and are awaiting the delivery of new parts.    All the team at Celtic Music Radio apologise for this break in our service on medium wave and are hearten to see that our web listening figures have increased due to people using the online Listen Live facility on the front page of this website.

We very much appreciate the support our listeners show the station and would like to ask you to consider assisting Celtic Music Radio by making a donation.

Your donation will go towards the running of the station including the purchase of a back up reserve transmitter that will be used should the main service fail.

All the station’s staff are volunteers from the presenters, engineers and background staff.  All donations go towards paying the bills to keep Celtic Music Radio on the air.
