Paddy’s Day Music Delight

Five hours of live broadcasting are lined up for listeners from the heart of the St Patrick’s Day celebrations in Glasgow’s Merchant Square tomorrow (March 14.)

The free Family Fun Day Festival offers non-stop music, song and dance, and our team of enthusiastic volunteers will be playing a major part delivering great sounds for five hours from midday.

Station presenters will be at the heart of the action and Celtic Music Radio’s prize raffle and the ever-popular tombola with lucky bag treats for the children are set to be hits once again.

The Festival is held in conjunction with Tourism Ireland.

Chair of the station’s board of directors, Alex Jenkins (pictured) said: “This is a great event and we are happy to be involved again, offering special music and chat.”
