Wednesday Nights With Martin Stephen Jones – Special Guest Max John Ferrier

Today’s edition of Wednesday Nights With Martin Stephen Jones features Scottish folk and country singer, Max John Ferrier as a special guest.

Ferrier, who is from Greenock, has been writing, performing, and recording original material as well as a varied selection of folk standards for over a decade.

He also plays as one half of the indie folk duo, The Clementines and is the guitar and mandolin player for Celtic/punk collective, The Ramspampits.

Max recently released an EP “It’s Like We Said Last Time, It Won’t Happen Again” alongside multi-instrumentalist Mark Docherty better known as “Doc.”  Also appearing on it are the Inverclyde duo ,Katy Bonnar and Molly Lyon, who provide backing vocals and harmonies on two of the tracks.

Martin recently caught up with Max in his living room where the music was recorded and you can hear their chat tonight.
