This second album from Ayrshire-based singer/songwriter DEBBIE CAMPBELL is a heartfelt collection which, she says, involves “emotional architecture” and “building sentiments as scaffolding for our memories.”
It is an intriguing release and Debbie reckons some of the songs may take listeners back to a younger time or make them realise that sometimes the happiness “you seek now is right on your own doorstep.”
This is very much a personal musical journey she is willingly sharing – and there’s no shortage of sincerity and style with lyrics that create an overall warming and welcoming atmosphere.
