Celtic Music Radio has a strong group of individuals with a wealth of radio experience and knowledge combined with members from the vibrant Celtic music community in and around Glasgow to lead and strengthen the organisation, to further its advancement ensuring that core responsibilities are met and exceeded. This includes good financial planning, community access and involvement with entertaining programmes.

Celtic Music Radio holds the Ofcom Community Radio Licence No CR137 to broadcast on 1530 kHz AM medium wave a service to a ‘community of interest’ and to the general public around the Glasgow area. Launch air-date 16 January 2008.
